Our roots as a market research company extend back to 1960 when the company was founded in New York as Data Development Corporation. As our clients grew, so did the scope and reach of our work. By 2004, we were serving clients across the U.S., as well as throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia/Pacific. Following suit and with an internal change of ownership, our name evolved to Data Development Worldwide.
Even as other market research companies have merged or were acquired in the last decade, Data Development Worldwide continued to operate as an independent provider of custom market research. This decision to remain independent allowed us to provide our clients with the best possible strategic thinking and senior research experience available.
For these reasons, among many others, we have experienced explosive growth over the last five years, culminating in our number 30 position in the 2009 Honomichl Top 50 U.S. Market Research Firms. To better define the holistic, integrated analysis and end-to-end solutions we provide our clients, Data Development Worldwide became Radius Global Market Research in January of 2010.
