Valory Myers | Valory Myers opened the Indianapolis office in November 2008. She brings more than a decade of experience consulting Fortune 500 companies on how to transform their organizations around a customer-focused strategy by helping organizations to understand and improve customer loyalty drivers, corporate reputation and brand equity.

Her specialty is in designing research and consulting solutions to business challenges around customer strategy. Valory is instrumental in helping organizations leverage customer insights to rally employee functional groups, to drive key strategic decisions and to design customer experiences to realize the customer strategy.

Valory's research and consulting experience spans many verticals including IT, industrial/manufacturing, financial services/insurance, consumer goods, travel and retail with a special focus on large-scale, global, sophisticated customer measurement and management programs.

She holds an MBA from the Falls School of Business at Anderson University and graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Marketing & International Business at the Miller College of Business at Ball State University.
