Chip Lister | Mr. Lister is Managing Director of Radius Global Market Research and works from the firm's New York headquarters. He is an expert in both market and communications research with wide ranging methods and sector experience. Mr. Lister has previously held senior positions at several global market research companies and advertising agencies.
As a specialist in custom research methodologies, Mr. Lister has implemented work on behalf of our clients both in the U.S. and across the globe. The predominance of his efforts for these clients has focused strategically on brand image, market structure, segmentation, customer loyalty and line development or optimization.
Mr. Lister has worked closely with the senior management of global publications and corporations, government agencies, associations, media companies, telecommunications companies, investment banking firms, healthcare organizations, advertising agencies, beverage companies and insurance organizations helping them to understand their markets and the forces affecting both their operating and marketing environments. He has been unilateral in his focus in helping initiate and complete research efforts that meaningfully affect the business propositions of these clients. It is typical that the work with these companies involves numerous multivariate and advanced analytic techniques.
Mr. Lister completed his undergraduate work at Temple University. He has been a guest lecturer in a range of forums including at colleges and universities speaking on marketing, advertising measurement and research methods.
Lesley Brooks | Lesley Brooks is a Senior Vice President at Radius Global Market Research, managing a research group of seven analysts. Lesley has expertise in a range of research techniques including discrete choice, line optimization, segmentation, market structure, brand equity, and claims testing. She has implemented these quantitative tools across many industries, including packaged goods, food and beverage, personal care, pharmaceuticals and media.
Much of Lesley's efforts focus on helping clients effectively manage their product portfolios through optimizing their offering, maximizing pricing opportunities, identifying relevant targets for their products or determining category opportunities and barriers.
Lesley has a BA in Economics and Spanish from Franklin and Marshall College and a MA in International Business from Columbia University, specializing in Latin American studies.
Bret Jacobowitz | Bret Jacobowitz is the on-site representative for Radius Global Market Research at Kraft Foods, servicing the Westchester, Glenview, East Hanover and Madison business units. As the On-Site Practice Director, Bret is involved in project planning, research design, and analysis.
With over 30 years' experience in all facets of marketing research — ad agency, quantitative supplier, qualitative moderating, and corporate research — Bret is uniquely qualified to provide assistance from methodology consultation to full project management for both tactical and strategic studies.
Prior to joining Radius Global Market Research, Bret ran his own consulting practice, Innovative Insights, and had spent the better part of five years doing on-site research management for Kraft Foods. In a slightly earlier life, he worked for two Chicago advertising agencies and then for General Foods for 13 years before embarking on his consulting career.
Bret earned his B.A. and M.A. in Advertising from Michigan State University.
Mark Vogel | Mark Vogel both leads a team of analysts within the New York office of Radius Global Market Research and works with new and existing clients to fulfill their research needs. Since joining the company in 2000, Mark has been helping clients assess and explore research options that best deliver on answering their business issues.
With extensive experience applying strategic research solutions to business problems for clients in a broad range of industries, Mark also provides expertise across a variety of research areas, including new product development and concept testing, pricing, brand positioning, segmentation and customer relationship management. Skilled in both the tactical and strategic aspects of quantitative research, Mark has conducted work in industries ranging from telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive and packaged goods.
With an M.A. in Demography from Georgetown University, Mark has also assisted in the preparation of research papers, and has analyzed government published national surveys.
Michelle Eichhorn | Michelle Eichhorn is a seasoned market research professional with over 20 years of experience covering all facets of market research including: client/manufacturer, ad agency and supplier side. She is a strategic thought leader who specializes in turning market research into actionable business insights.
Prior to her career at Radius Global Market Research, Michelle ran her own consulting practice that covered a wide range of consumer research practices including: segmentation studies, pricing research, shopper insights research, new product development research, ethnographic studies and focus group moderating and reporting. The majority of Michelle's career was spent at Kraft Foods, where she held senior level positions as the Director of Consumer Insight and Strategy for the Post Cereal and Coffee Divisions. Before Joining Kraft Foods, Michelle held research positions at TBWA Advertising, Unilever and Citibank.
Michelle earned a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Michigan.
