Joe Jennings | Joe Jennings opened the Philadelphia office in March 2008. With over 20 years working in the market research industry, Joe offers expertise in project design, execution, analysis and reporting. He has extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research on behalf of organizations in utilities, education, insurance, health care, financial services, building materials and not-for-profit.

Joe is a "hands on" researcher who is skilled at conducting customer satisfaction/loyalty research, brand positioning, audience measurement and public opinion research. He has applied multivariate techniques such as regression, discrete choice and segmentation analyses to make the findings of the research actionable.

Joe has partnered with his clients to address a variety of research issues such as: assessing customer loyalty to fine tune organizational processes for maximum customer retention and growth; determining customer preference to help orchestrate marketing efforts; and evaluating market structure and discerning trends to assist in strategic planning.

Joe holds a Bachelors Degree in Journalism from Temple University. He has presented and served on panels at several industry conferences.
